The project focused on preserving the building’s historical character while enhancing its functionality and aesthetic appeal. Notable design elements include: Authentic historical series windows that maintain the building’s original architectural charm 1′ x 1′ fiberboard ceiling tiles that complement the vintage interior design Extensive floor leveling to correct the previously sloped assembly hall, improving usability without compromising historical integrity This renovation reflects a thoughtful balance between honoring the past and creating a modern, welcoming space for contemporary use.
