Project brief form
The project brief on the contact page uses code in your browser to format the information you enter into a mailto: link. When you select “Prepare email draft,” your device is asked to open its configured email application with a draft addressed to K. Johnson Construction.
The website does not send those form fields to a form endpoint, database, or file-upload service, and KJC does not receive the information unless you review and send the draft from your email application. If no email application is configured, you can contact KJC directly using the phone number or email address below.
Email and phone communications
If you send an email or call KJC, you are communicating outside the website. The information you provide may be handled by the relevant phone and email providers and retained by KJC as part of normal project, business, or employment correspondence.
Career application links also open an email draft. Resumes and references are not uploaded through the website; they reach KJC only when you attach them and send the message through your email provider.
Website delivery and technical data
This is a static website. Like other hosted sites, its hosting, network, and security providers may process basic request information—such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, and timestamp—to deliver pages, maintain security, and diagnose service issues. Their handling of that technical data is governed by their services and configurations.
Cookies and analytics
The current site code does not set its own cookies and does not include advertising or behavioral analytics scripts. If those practices change, this notice should be updated before or when the change is introduced.
External services
Links to services such as Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube take you to websites operated by other companies. Their privacy practices apply once you follow those links. KJC does not control those external services.
