Healthcare & Wellness Originally constructed in 1938, this 4,400-square-foot commercial building—once home to the Electrical Workers Foundation—has undergone a comprehensive historical renovation and now serves as the new location for True Roots Chiropractic. The project focused on preserving the building’s historical character while enhancing its functionality and aesthetic appeal. Notable design elements include: Authentic historical series windows that maintain the building’s original architectural charm 1′ x 1′ fiberboard ceiling tiles that complement the vintage interior design Extensive floor leveling to correct the previously sloped assembly hall, improving usability without compromising historical integrity This renovation reflects a thoughtful balance between honoring the past and creating a modern, welcoming space for contemporary use.
Healthcare & Wellness Newly constructed 4,300 SF dental office. The balanced combination of storefront, brick, stone, and siding offers great eye appeal for anyone driving down 1st street. From an interior standpoint, the layout of this building greets you with a large waiting area and receptionist counter through the front entrance. From here you will notice a long wrap around corridor that adds to the flow and functionality between each treatment room. Overall, this project was a great fit for our versatile team who appreciates aesthetics and efficiency.
