Workplace & Retail New construction of a 3,500 SF Bank Iowa branch. This space includes five separate offices, a large conference room, teller area, and a spacious lobby/waiting area. The exterior of this building includes a variety of different materials such as Nichiha siding panel, stone veneer, black storefront framing, and black sheet metal at the parapet, front entrance canopy, and drive-through. All these materials and design elements combined provide the building with great eye appeal to anyone passing by on Merle Hay Road.

Featuring 6 potential tenant spaces with 60-foot deep bays, this flexible layout is perfect for a variety of uses—from professional offices and medical clinics to coffee shops and boutique retail. The building boasts a modern wood-frame construction with 12′ clear ceilings, expansive storefront windows for maximum visibility, and an attractive masonry and EIFS façade that combines durability with curb appeal.
Workplace & Retail New construction of a 9,300 SF commercial office/retail building. This structure offers four separate suites with storefront entrances on the front of the building and large overhead doors on the back.
