Project overview
New construction of a 3,500 SF Bank Iowa branch. This space includes five separate offices, a large conference room, teller area, and a spacious lobby/waiting area. The exterior of this building includes a variety of different materials such as Nichiha siding panel, stone veneer, black storefront framing, and black sheet metal at the parapet, front entrance canopy, and drive-through. All these materials and design elements combined provide the building with great eye appeal to anyone passing by on Merle Hay Road.
