Field Engineer
Work alongside project managers and superintendents to coordinate field operations, maintain accurate information, and support quality execution.
The position
What you'll do.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors in the field
- Assist with layout, measurements, and on-site quality control
- Help maintain schedules and communicate progress updates
- Prepare RFIs and submittals and keep project documentation current
- Support job meetings, closeout, and punch-list completion
Qualifications
What we're looking for.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced field environment
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Four-year degree in Construction Engineering, Management, or a related field preferred
